NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

CDAH is inviting members to update their membership information and participate in and attend CDAH 2023 Annual General Meeting in person at the CDAH office on 23rd November 2023 at 5:30 pm

This year the board member who does not need to be re-nominated is Enya Savory
Under the current constitution, there are eight positions that members can nominate for, for a position on the board. The Nomination form is attached.

The Board is representative of CDAH and therefore The Board is made up of seven people with disabilities and up to two family members or allies of people with disability.

CDAH is calling for nominations from current members for the position of board membership. If, as a member, you are interested in nominating, please contact Andrew at andrew@cdah.org.au or call 0490 053 454 for further nomination details.

Nominations will close at 5 pm AEDT on Wednesday 1st of November 2022.

If needed election voting will be at the AGM on 23 November 2023

NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING 

The Community Disability Alliance Hunter (CDAH) has been reviewing the CDAH constitution and we would like to propose the changes at a Special General Meeting on Thu 23 October at 3.30 PM.
The reason for the review was to ensure our constitution is up to date with NSW Fair Trading requirements as well as reflecting our own need to be a truly Peer led organisation.

CDAH membership is now Yearly. This means that if you are a Member of CDAH, you will need to renew your membership every year. This helps us keep our information current, and ensure we are engaged with our members. Your Membership data will be kept confidential.

Full Membership

Full membership is for people with disability or family members of people with disability living in the Hunter.

Associate Membership – Individual

Individual (For any other individual who supports the values, aims and objectives of CDAH. This includes people with disability and their family members who live outside the Hunter and allies and friends of a person or people with disability).

Organisations (if you wish to apply as an organisation please contact us via email info@cdah.org.au and we can send you more information).
