Free session surrounding End of Life for people with disability

“End of Life – Just Include Me” workshops with CID (Council for Intellectual Disability) discuss health, disability, and work with end-of-life professionals support people with intellectual disability through death, dying, and grief. This will be a free and catered event, but we need you to RSVP so we are able to estimate how many to plan for.
