Queer Peers

Meets every 2nd Tuesday of every month: 2.30 am to 4.00 pm

Queer Peers is a peer led group connected to Community Disability Alliance Hunter that is facilitated and ran by people with lived experience of disability, for people with lived experience of disability who also identify as being in the LGBTQIA+ community. The aim of the group is to provide a safe space for peers who can collectively come together and share their experiences, develop and engage with their identity, connect with one another meaningfully, and work together to discuss issues effecting our lives in the disability and LGBTQIA+ space.
