Self Manager Hub

A national peer-led organisation promoting and supporting the practice of self-management so people with disability can lead the lives they choose.

The Self Manager Hub is keen to move the conversation from ‘what can I buy with my funds?’ to ‘how can self-management help me to achieve goals, live the life I choose and participate in the community?’

It is a national peer-led organisation promoting and supporting the practice of self-management so people with disability can lead the lives they choose.

The Self Manager Hub promotes self-management and innovation by:

  • Growing the Self Manager Hub virtual library (one-stop-shop) of resources
  • Facilitating and moderating peer contributions and comments on Self Manager Hub platforms
  • Facilitating the development of peer networks that focus on self-management and specific areas of interest, demographics, or life stages.
