What is the DisCo: We are a peer work cooperative, people with disabilities as Change Practitioners, performing bespoke and underpinning work to establish whole of org systemic cultural change. DisCo provides people with disabilities opportunities to work as lived experience consultants, change agents, leaders and facilitators. Our collective aim is to lead, support and be heard

as a strong voice for people with lived experience in the broader community. Through the development of this model, CDAH is looking to position itself to lead in the co-design and collaboration for real inclusion of people with disability in all areas of society.
